Una nueva droga de la calle llamada NATAS desata un apocalipsis zombie que se extiende como un reguero de pólvora y muta sus usuarios en comedores de carne. Un hombre, Hunter (Copping Martin), quien sólo le queda un Camaro destartalado y un baúl lleno de armas y el alcohol, corre por los comedores de carne, la caza por deporte y de la redención de su pasado torturado. Después de chocar contra un pequeño grupo de supervivientes, dirigido por un sacerdote hacha llamado Jesús (Danny Trejo), Hunter es seducido a escoltar al grupo del ecléctico a un mítico lugar de refugio, mientras sobreviven al constante asalto de los zombis.
